What are the shipping options available for my order?
We offer standard and express shipping options through FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 and typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for $12.95 and delivers in 1-2 business days. International shipping is also available, with delivery times ranging from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are there any shipping costs for orders under $50?
Yes. Shipping costs vary per method, service, location and package size.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries including AE, AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GB, HK, IE, IL, IT, JP, KR, MY, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, SE, SG, and US. Delivery times vary from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your policy on shipping to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes. All shipping addresses must be a physical address. If you do not have a physical address, we recommend shipping to a friend or family member's address.
Can items be shipped to multiple addresses in one order?
We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.
Each address must be submitted separately.
Is it possible to schedule a delivery time?
Currently, we do not offer scheduled delivery times. Deliveries occur during standard business hours.

Order Processing
How long does it take to process an order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed within 1-2 business days. For overnight orders, orders are processed same day. Processing includes verifying payment, preparing the order for shipment, and generating an order confirmation email. After processing, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US, and express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. To do this, please contact our customer service team via live chat or at noreply@shopiosx.online. After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and modifications may not be possible.
